Join internationally loved yoga teacher Desiree Rumbaugh for her 15th annual visit to Bozeman! This all levels community workshop brings us all on the same page, having fun, working hard in the company of one another, led by a skilled guide. This year's theme is "Opening to Possibilities." Here is what Desiree is offering: "It is now a well known fact that it requires strength and dedication to find true freedom in the body and the mind. Life will offer all of us a platter of delicious experiences as well as painful challenges and the study and practice of yoga offers us valuable tools that we can use to deal more skillfully with whatever comes our way. By focusing on developing and maintaining physical and mental strength first, we can learn to use that energy to do the necessary work to free ourselves from suffering. Yoga poses, similar to life’s challenges, become interesting puzzles to solve rather than limitations or obstacles that block us from our joy. The more challenging the work, the more we teach our minds to focus, connect with our body and remain in the present moment." Meet Desiree: Desirée Rumbaugh has nearly 40 years of experience with the practice of yoga. She is passionate about learning and gaining inspiration from many sources and continues to evolve her practice. She lives and teaches in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and considers her students to be among her greatest teachers.
