Unified Development Code Open House

We’re ramping up engagement on the Unified Development Code (UDC) Update project! The UDC is the part of the city code that outlines the rules and regulations for development in the city, so if you are interested in how our city looks and how it is developing, please come to any of our meetings below. The same material will be available at each: • Dec. 2: 12 to 2 p.m. at MSU SUB Ballroom B, 751 W Grant St. • Dec. 4: 6 to 8 p.m. at Gallatin High, 4455 Annie St. • Dec. 5: 6 to 8 p.m. at Hope Lutheran Church, 2152 W Graf St. • Dec. 9: noon – online webinar with registration to attend at engage.bozeman.net/udc • Dec. 11: 6 to 8 p.m. at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds, 901 N Black Ave. • Dec. 12: 6 to 8 p.m. at Sacajawea Middle School, 3525 S 3rd Ave If you can’t attend any of these events, we’ll also have an online survey open! Sign up for updates at engage.bozeman.net/udc to be notified when that survey launches. This effort is “phase one” of the supplemental engagement process. We’ll start these events by providing information on the UDC and then collect input on what areas within the code YOU want to focus on in the next phase of engagement. “Phase two” will involve deep conversation about the key topic areas we identify in this first phase. Bring your thoughts, ideas, and burning questions with you to any of these events – we’re excited to talk more with you. If you want to learn more about what the UDC project entails and why we launched this effort, please visit engage.bozeman.net/udc.
