Here's how our fundraiser works!

1. Carolers, both new and returning, should message us on Facebook, send a text to (406) 581-3579, or email us at bozemancarolers@gmail.com. 

2. 48 hours prior to the event, the event organizer and some volunteers head out to hang door tags on resident's homes, letting them know we will be visiting their home.

3. On the evening of the event, carolers will meet (4pm) in the parking lot of the Bozeman Public Library, where we will be handing out printed song books, street assignments per group, handwarmers, glow sticks, as many jingle bells as we have left in our stash, and hopefully some hot cocoa! PLEASE dress WARM, warmer than you think you need to dress. Good boots keep your feet toasty on those cold sidewalks, and gloves combined with handwarmers are pretty much necessary! Feel free to spice it up by wearing a string of battery operated lights, a Santa hat, or whatever else makes you feel more joyful.

4. From there, we break into our pre-determined groups (yes, of course we keep friends together, and every group will have veteran carolers with them). Groups can be as small as 5, or as large as 12, but the more groups we have, the more homes we can visit!

5. Following caroling at around 630/645, we will have our event after party, complete with excellent door prizes! This year, the beautiful new AC Hotel in downtown Bozeman has offered to host our after party! There will be food, a cash bar, and a really beautiful room.

You won't meet a nicer group of people than the carolers who give their time to support two amazing charitable organizations.
