The Show opens on Friday, July 10 and runs through Sunday, July 26. There are twelve performances in all.
We are proud to also announce that the production will be staged and dances created by Los Angeles-based Director and Choreographer Roger Castellano. 

​Rehearsals start June 1. Not all cast members are called for all rehearsals, however, all cast members must be available starting June 22. Rehearsals are typically held Monday through Thursday evenings and Saturdays during the day. Evening rehearsals will begin at 6:30 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Not all actors will be called to every rehearsal for the first few weeks.

There will be a separate Audition for the children’s roles, date and time to be determined.

​With the exception of Harold Hill and Marian Paroo, all roles are available. Auditions are for featured roles and ensemble, open to anyone age 16 and up. The Music Man cast includes a varied range of characters with a wide variety of ages. No matter what your level of experience or age, all are encouraged to Audition.

​The Auditions will focus on two areas – Movement/Dance and Vocal/Singing
PLEASE NOTE – All Auditioning are required to sign up for both a Movement/Dance slot and a Vocal/Singing slot.

​A follow-up Callback Audition will be held at a later time for Acting/Scene Reading.

Sunday, March 1 – 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Dance/Movement Audition
This is a basic movement audition to access the ability to move to music and follow the beat. Please wear clothing that is easy to move in, as well as dance or tennis shoes. No open-toed shoes, sandals/flip flops, etc. allowed. Please also bring a water bottle.

Sunday, March 1 – 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Dance/Movement Audition – Advanced
All are welcome to attend, however, please note that this will be a more advanced dance sequence, designed for more experienced dancers.

Sunday, March 1 – 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Vocal/Singing Auditions
After the dance and movement audition, we will be hearing people sing, by groups of five every 30 minutes. Please prepare a brief song in the style of musical theatre. An accompanist will be provided. Please also have the sheet music of your song in the proper key for the accompanist. On the scheduling page, you will be able to click one time slot for your vocal/singing audition.

Monday, March 2 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

There will be a modest stipend for all cast members age 16 and up.
