Come drum for health, well being, connection and FUN! No experience necessary. Bring your own drum/percussion instrument(s) or use ours. Come early (6:30-7:00) for an introduction to timing and phrasing in the drum circle. Learn where in time to put your beats to seamlessly blend your rhythm with the other rhythms around you.
