Give Big Partnership Event Outline Potential MT x WildRye Distillery Date: May 1 Time: ~4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (final timing TBD) Event Overview: Potential MT will partner with WildRye Distillery to host a Give Big Gallatin Valley fundraising event. The evening will focus on community engagement, awareness, and fundraising in a fun, interactive environment. This event is an opportunity to bring the community together to support local youth, helping ensure that all kids have access to the physical, social, and emotional benefits of sports—regardless of financial barriers. Fundraising Components Percentage of Sales: A portion of WildRye’s total sales during the event will be donated directly to Potential MT as part of Give Big Gallatin Valley Raffle: Each attendee will receive one free raffle entry upon arrival Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase All raffle proceeds will go directly to Potential MT Silent Auction (Local Business Partnerships): A silent auction will be held in partnership with local businesses, including: The Lark LMNT Bagel works and other local restaurants.
