The Montana Story Project

Join Montana Poet Laureate Allen Morris Jones for a compelling presentation on the stories that shape our lives, our communities, and our sense of place. Through a PowerPoint presentation, readings from his autobiographical poetry, and guided storytelling prompts, Allen will explore how personal experiences can become meaningful narratives. Audience members will be invited to reflect on the people, places, and moments that have shaped their own lives and, if they wish, share stories of their own. This program is sponsored by Humanities Montana and presented by Belgrade Community Library as part of America 250: Songs of Stories and Home, a series celebrating Montana’s voices, traditions, and stories in America’s 250th year.
