Bozeman Film Society & Friends of Story Mansion present the 17th Annual STORY UNDER THE STARS! Join us for our 17th annual FREE outdoor screening on the beautiful lawn of Story Mansion Park (corner of College & S. Willson) for a screening of A RIVER RUNS THROUGH IT. This free screening celebrates Opera Montana's world premiere of A River Runs Through It in September, celebrating the 50th anniversary of Norman Maclean’s beloved elegy to family and fly fishing in Montana. The event kicks off at 6:30 PM with a free casting seminar from Montana Angler, a live performance of original songs from Montana Opera, food trucks, ice cream, and popcorn. Bring blankets, low-back chairs, flashlights, and doggie bags for your furry friends! The film starts at dusk.
