Join Ryan for a six-week introduction to the pottery wheel at The Pottery Den. This class is designed for complete beginners and anyone looking to build confidence with the basics of wheel throwing in a relaxed, supportive studio environment. Over six weeks, you’ll learn the fundamentals of working on the wheel, including centering, opening, pulling walls, shaping, trimming, and finishing your pieces. Mariah will guide you through each step while helping you develop the skills and confidence to continue throwing on your own. No previous pottery experience is required. Come ready to learn, experiment, and embrace the occasional wonky pot! This class will have open studio times where you can come practice on your own for the first 5 weeks.
