Country Bookshelf is excited to welcome local author Bryan Schaeffer, author and illustrator of the new children's picture book The Snow Day: A Yellowstone Adventure, a story inspired by family adventures in Montana’s Yellowstone Country. 

Tickets are not required but RSVPs are always appreciated! Please RSVP by reserving a free general admission ticket at Eventbrite.

The event at a glance:

• On October 13, please arrive early to secure your seat. Seating is general admission, first come, first served.
• At 6pm, the event will begin. The author will take audience questions following the program.
• After the talk, the author will sign books.
• Can't attend in person? Order signed copies on our website or by calling (406) 587-0166. Signing requests must be placed 24 hours before the event and can only be taken for books we currently have on our shelves. 

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Born in Bozeman, Bryan Schaeffer was always curious about what may be lurking around the next switchback, mountain pass, or pitch. He owns the creative studio SINTR, and lives with his wife, three daughters, and an-eager-to-adventure goldendoodle. In his spare time, he enjoys recreating on Montana’s public lands, including training with the Bridger Ski Foundation and volunteering as a NICA mountain bike coach. When he’s not outside, you can find him writing, illustrating, and animating his book series The Last Best Trails.
