So much care and thought is put into each dish at bisl. The food has some Scandinavian influences, possibly because the chef trained at relae, a Michelin starred restaurant in Copenhagen. I would recommend coming here for a unique dining experience in Bozeman.

After many months finally had the chance of a kid free dinner and we made it to Bisl. We loved our dinner the food was imaginative and creative. Earlier in the year we had a chance to eat at a James Beard nominated restaurant outside of Bozeman and Bisl was very close in the creativity and that experience. The only thing that needed tweaking would be the dessert we could not taste the rhubarb in the rhubarb ice cream. I hope Bisl keeps up the good work and give it a try.
