Dave's Sushi-Off Main

10 years ago Dave (a software engineer) made a joke that he needed to start a sushi restaurant to feed his own addiction. That restaurant, Dave's Sushi, is now Bozeman's favorite laid back local sushi joint. If you're looking for plush modern trimmings and post - modern art hanging from the walls, this ain't your place. We're about amazingly fresh sushi and a friendly atmosphere modeled after the "hang-loose" style of Hawaii. So please check out our menu and stop on in to our place just a couple blocks from downtown Bozeman.

What is wrong with Dave's ? EVERY time my friend and I have gone- both together and separably- we have received terrible service. On one occasion, the waitress overcharged us by $5 for no reason. When we politely asked for the bill to be fixed, she sassed back at us, claiming it was the computer's fault. When she returned, she pretty much threw the check on the table without saying have a nice night...etc. Unbelievable. The food is fine but the service sucks and I'm not returning.

Sushi is served family style. It is meant to be shared, our waiter instructs… This evening turns out to be quite educational, and this is lesson number one. Keeping this information in mind, my group of friends and I bury our heads in our menus. We are eager to discover the offerings of Dave’s Sushi, Bozeman’s long established sushi eatery.
