Follow Yer' Nose BBQ started as many incredible BBQ restaurants often do - with a man and a smoker.  After a Summer of slingin' meat once a week to hungry and excited folks, Taylor realized an expansion was necessary to keep up with demand.  And that is how the Follow Yer' Nose Smoke Shack was born.  What used to be a patch of gravel and grass has turned into not only the spot where all the deliciousness is smoked, but also a place where locals and tourists alike can come enjoy a beer and live music with a stunning view of Emigrant Peak.
