The Gem is a specialty coffee shop and neighborhood grocery in downtown Livingston, Montana — tucked into a restored 1930s storefront that used to house Tom's Jewelers. Espresso and brew drip coffee are brewed using beans from Roly Poly Coffee Co. out of Bozeman, and the case is stocked with fresh-baked croissants and pastries daily. Also serving beer and wine. Open every day 7am to 3pm.
