We love that the mouthwatering breakfasts at The Nova Cafe start with fresh, local ingredients. Breakfast beginners can start with the deceptively simple cheesy waffle in the Morning After then branch out to the forbidden rice hash or daily and weekend specials, always including some sort of off-the-wall pancakes and benedicts. Served with a side of home fries and house-made ketchup, of course.
