The proximity of Lewis & Clark Caverns State Park to Bozeman made it a popular pick for Your Choice State Park for 2 years in a row. The Caverns are certainly worth the drive, to tour stalagmites, columns, stalactites and helictites. You just missed the Holiday Tours in December, but the cave opens up again May 1, while the park and campground are open year-round.
